Main compartment features (2) zippered closures.

Main compartment opens up to reveal (4) pockets measuring 6-1/2 "H x 3-1/4" W on one side. The other side has a panel measuring 8-1/4 "L x 4" that contains (6) loops and (2) small pockets. Next to that is a panel that folds open to reveal (2) pockes measuring 9-1/2 "L x 5" W x 7 "D. Also has (4) straps for securing items.

Back of the case has (2) "D" rings and (4) straps with buckles. (2) of the straps are 2 "wide and the other (2) 1".

(3) outside pockets with metal "klikit pull" metal snaps. (1) of the pockets measures 15 "H x 5" W. The other (2) pockets are stamped with the American Caduceus insignia and measure 7-1/2 "H x 4" W.
