This is a canteen cup Stand Stove. Fuel tablets or gel are burned inside of stand stove while canteen cup sits on top to heat water or other liquid. When not in use the canteen, stand stove, and cup nest together inside of the canteen cover. The military has discontinued Trioxane Fuel tablets and has started using the Fuel Gel. It comes with three pouches of gel instead of three bars. You squeeze out the gel and lite it. Burn time is the same.
