I have seen only two or three of these square canteens. They are molded with thousands of squiggles on the body. The caps are the same whether they body is round. This one has a factory made cover which apparently once had a shoulder strap. The button is missing but could be replaced. This is a super rare piece of field gear actually made in Hanoi.
