This tube of Hexamine Ration Heating Fuel Tablets made
by the Van Brode Milling Co. of Clinton, Massachusetts. Issued with
the C rations, 5 in 1 and 10 in 1 rations, this fuel tablet could be used to
heat up the main course or brew up a cup of coffee. This 3 1/8" (7.9
cm) long and 1 1/16" (2.7 cm) in diameter cardboard tube has two metal end
caps and holds six hexamine tablets.
